The West Brom is seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and management of our mortgage product range. As a key member of our Products team, you will work closely with the Head of Products to deliver our mortgage plans and ensure our products meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement mortgage product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new mortgage products and features.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  4. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, product analysts, and external partners.
  5. Contribute to the development of annual and 5-year lending plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  6. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market, including regulatory requirements and industry developments.
  7. Act as a spokesperson for the West Brom on mortgage-related matters, representing the company at industry events and meetings.
  8. Produce regular reports and insights on mortgage product performance, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the mortgage industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
