About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Systems Manager to join our IT department on a full-time permanent basis. As part of the Digital Systems team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organisation's Ticketing, Customer Relationship Management and Fundraising CRM application and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Southbank Centre and the resident orchestras on CRM, ticketing and other systems
  • Research, plan and implement improvements to CRM, ticketing and other relevant systems
  • Deliver training on CRM, ticketing and other systems for Southbank Centre and the resident orchestras
  • Manage suppliers and ensure high-quality business information
  • Supervise the processing of data relating to system database and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest improvements, issues and ideas in the relevant system communities
  • Contribute to the development of Southbank Centre's information architecture
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulation and best practice
