Career Opportunity: CRM Manager

Anthem Consulting is seeking a CRM Manager to drive best practice around CRM, especially as they launch their new CRM, InterAction+, as one of the first law firms to do so.

This is an interesting project, that will require someone to change perceptions around CRM in the firm, as they invest more in technology. Once implemented, there will also be the opportunity to suggest new changes and innovation for their wider email marketing system, Vuture, perhaps looking at new potential technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on queries around the CRM database
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the CRM database
  • Develop best practice around use of the database and upskill the marketing team on use of the database
  • Run monthly reports and analytics
  • Work on email campaigns, using Vuture
  • Develop ways to improve segmentation and better targeting
  • Improve ROI and reporting
  • Line management of an Assistant and an Executive

You will have solid experience in CRM databases and marketing automation, ideally gained within a professional services environment. You will be commercially minded with strong organisational skills.
