Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to children and young people with complex health needs in a community setting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care to children and young people with complex health needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure seamless care for service users.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to team members.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in healthcare.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RSCN/RN) with a valid UK license.
  • Experience of managing and leading nursing teams.
  • Knowledge of current relevant NHS policy context.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
