Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to children and young people with complex health needs in a community setting.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care to children and young people with complex health needs.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure seamless care for service users.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to team members.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in healthcare.
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RSCN/RN) with a valid UK license.
- Experience of managing and leading nursing teams.
- Knowledge of current relevant NHS policy context.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
