About the Role

The Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Team Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical, management, and professional leadership to support the clinical team in providing the highest possible quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical, management, and professional leadership to support the clinical team.
  • Maintain a high profile with the clinical business unit and NHSE.
  • Coordinate and manage staff resources.
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team using a community-based approach.
  • Experience of providing community-based mental health services.
  • Experience of leading teams and taking on a leadership role in project management.
  • Commitment to partnership working both multi-agency and multi-disciplinary.
  • Coordinating and supporting staff in the day-to-day provision of clinical services.

Person Specification

  • First Level Registered Nurse RNMH, RMN, RNLD or equivalent first-level qualification Social Worker, OT, Clinical Psychologist, other.
  • Relevant Post Graduate qualification or Training.
  • Experience of coordinating and managing staff resources.
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team using a community-based approach.
  • Experience of providing community-based mental health services.
  • Experience of leading teams and taking on a leadership role in project management.
  • Commitment to partnership working both multi-agency and multi-disciplinary.
  • Coordinating and supporting staff in the day-to-day provision of clinical services.
