**Job Title:** Support Services Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. This is a rewarding opportunity for the right individual to make a difference in the lives of individuals with complex care needs.
The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with Personality disorder, Autism, and Anorexia Nervosa. The role involves providing tailored care and support to promote empowerment and independence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
- Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment
- Ensuring safety and well-being at all times
- Communicating effectively with team members and individuals supported
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Experience working in healthcare, particularly with individuals with complex needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals requiring care
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
