Requirements:

  • Team leader experience within the healthcare sector
  • Experience supporting individuals with Personality disorder, Autism, and Anorexia Nervosa
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
