Transformative Opportunity for a Studio Workflow Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Studio Workflow Administrator to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in transforming our department, setting the standard, and working with stakeholders to drive results.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a passion for delivering results and elevating the customer experience. You will be responsible for maintaining internal reports on workflow performance and efficiency metrics, monitoring and reporting progress on the flow of tasks and processes, and organizing orders for photoshoots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely reports on workflow performance and efficiency metrics
  • Monitor and report progress on the flow of tasks and processes
  • Organize orders for photoshoots and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain reporting for product status tracking
  • Communicate workflow progress and discuss any issues with the Senior Workflow Coordinator
  • Liaise with the warehouse and other departments to source and organize products
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Leadership Team
