Job Description:

The Stylist - Shirebrook role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Stylist to achieve brilliant results that follow our brand guidelines. You will need to be passionate about delivering results and elevating the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support shoots and provide direction to achieve high-quality images on mannequin, light table, style shoots, and model shoots.
  • Compile outfits for web ecommerce shots, while adhering to brand and Frasers Group Guidelines.
  • Follow in-house styling guidelines and maintain a working knowledge of brand-specific exceptions.
  • Work collaboratively with models, photographers, re-touchers, and senior members of the team to ensure brief is understood, met, and delivered exceptionally.
  • Follow in-house and 3rd-party styling guidelines.
  • Be accountable for ensuring you know and understand the department's daily and weekly targets and SLAs and then meet them.
  • Ensure styling props and photoshoot sets areas are well maintained and tidy, and that product we are shooting are also well looked after with and remain in good condition while under your care.
  • Communicate workflow and discuss any issues proactively with the Senior Stylist.
  • Respond to queries from Photography Studio internal team members or wider Frasers Group stakeholders via telephone or email.
  • Ensure all pre-shoot requirements are met in time to ensure successful shoots, including (but not limited to): liaison with Administration team to ensure model bookings are confirmed, that we have most up-to-date brief, that the required products and accessories are available when needed.
