We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our team at Aruma, a leading Australian organisation dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing direct and consultative services to adults and children with disabilities, their families, and supporters.
Job Description- Provide individualised therapy plans focused on personal goals and clear outcomes.
- Collaborate with other Allied Health professionals to deliver multidisciplinary care.
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and therapy reports.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from a recognised institution.
- Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Demonstrated experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package, including opportunities for professional development and a positive work environment.
