We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Biggleswade, where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and help individuals achieve their goals.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll be working with individuals who require support with daily tasks, personal care, and social activities. You'll provide a high level of care and support, enabling people to live independently and make informed decisions about their lives. Your role will involve working a variety of shifts, including nights, to support your work-life balance.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £ per hour, rising to £ per hour from 1st October 2024, plus a 10% night allowance
  • Generous holidays: 33 days of annual leave, including eight days statutory bank holidays
  • Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas
  • £1,000 retention bonus (paid £250 every six months over 2 years)
  • Training & development: Earn money while you get a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care
