We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Penrose Court Care Home. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in social interactions
- Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition or behavior
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 (Health & Social Care) or equivalent qualification
- At least 12 months experience working in a care setting
- Genuine interest in working with the elderly
