Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on fire alarm systems and network management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the installation of new fire alarm networks and associated advanced fire alarm panels.
  • Assist in leading a subcontract delivery team to develop and deliver a program on fire alarm or custodial projects.
  • Collaborate with other project managers from other trades and associated teams to realize project delivery targets.
  • Forecast revenue, margin, HSE&Q, and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Support the project manager in delivering pre-construction and construction-related processes required to satisfactorily deliver site-based project works.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor site progress under the guidance of the project manager.
  • Oversee subcontractors, labor, and material requirements for the contract and support the project team with matters primarily relating to on-site activities.
  • Build strong partnerships with supply partners to bring technical understanding and expectations to the customers while ensuring effective delivery of solutions that meet quality expectations.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in an electrical environment (data, security, fire, access controls).
  • FIA Qualification (Fire Industry Association).
  • CSCS card.
