Job Title: Site Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects in the UK. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee subcontractors and site staff to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Handle any issues that arise on-site and implement solutions quickly.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
  • CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
