About the Role

As a Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator at Griffiths, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of projects across North Wales. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the works of skilled operatives on site and contributing to the development of safe systems of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational resourcing of assigned projects, ensuring sites are well-organized and motivated teams meet programme milestones.
  • Support the Project Management team with the safe operational delivery of projects, adhering to company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with the rail planning team to develop safe systems of work and ensure compliance with project documentation, applicable legislation, and company standards.
  • Provide support to ensure projects meet environmental targets and objectives, adhering to Inspection Test & Plans and completing quality checks in line with construction drawings and specifications.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • CITB SMSTS Certification
  • Relevant CSCS card
  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Construction Site Management or similar qualification
  • CPCS (Plant Operator tickets) or equivalent
