Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Owen Daniels Consultancy. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in leading a Subcontract Delivery Team to develop and deliver a programme on Fire Alarm or Custodial projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Project Manager in delivering the Pre-Construction and Construction related processes required to satisfactorily deliver site-based project works.
- Support the Project Manager with site meetings and liaise with all relevant parties to agree acceptable quality and timing of the delivery of works.
- Plan, manage and monitor site progress, under the guidance of the project manager.
- Oversee subcontractors, labour and material requirements for the contract and support the team with matters primarily relating to on-site activities.
- Build strong partnerships with supply partners to bring technical understanding and expectations to the customers whilst ensuring effective delivery of solutions that meet quality expectations.
- 5 years' experience in an Electrical environment (data, security, fire, access controls)
- FIA Qualification (Fire Industry Association)
- CSCS card
- Company car/allowance & Free on-site parking
