Accounts Payable Finance Manager

A key appointment is required for a top-tier finance department within Holden Jones Limited. We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Finance Manager to join our team and take charge of the payables area. The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Manager and be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate supplier account records. Key duties will include ensuring purchase orders are authorised in line with policy, matching and posting multicurrency supplier invoices, undertaking regular supplier account reconciliations, and resolving all supplier queries diligently and promptly. Responsibilities will also include managing the weekly payment runs and posting manual supplier payments, processing employee expenses, bank reconciliations, and monitoring and reconciling petty cash.
Requirements for the role include previous experience in Accounts Payable, ideally working with SAP, but also proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel. The ideal candidate will possess strong accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously and escalate potential risks and concerns to the Finance Manager.
