Job Summary

Holden Jones Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables Controller to join their team in Slough. This role involves individual responsibility for a portion of the receivables ledger and building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Allocation: Allocating cash received from customers to the relevant accounts and reconciling any discrepancies.
  • Collections: Working independently to collect overdue accounts and maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure timely payments.
  • Account Reconciliations: Undertaking regular account reconciliations and resolving any queries or discrepancies.
  • Team Collaboration: Attending regular meetings with the credit control team to ensure all relevant debts are managed effectively and assisting team members as needed.
Requirements

This role requires a confident communicator with strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts administration or credit control and be proficient in using Excel for complex account reconciliations. A bonus scheme is in place to reward achievement levels.
