The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or similar role, with a strong understanding of SEN and strategies to support these students effectively. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment, flexibility and adaptability to cover various teaching duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to achieve their full potential.

- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
