About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a 20-bedded unit for individuals aged 18 and above. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • To assess, implement, and review the holistic needs of patients, delegating tasks to colleagues as necessary to ensure safe and effective care.
  • To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that promote the health, wellbeing, and independence of patients.
