We are seeking a Registered General Nurse to join our team at Oakleaf Recruitment. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients with varying needs due to physical and long-term neurological conditions.

About the Role:

  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term service users while maintaining a professional and discreet manner at all times.
  • Be competent and confident in managing people with long-term health conditions and identify, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for service users as appropriate.
  • Prioritise health problems and intervene appropriately to assist service users in complex, urgent, or emergency situations.
  • Produce accurate, contemporaneous, and complete records of service user interaction and consultation, consistent with legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Support, manage, and guide support workers on a daily basis.
  • Continual personal development to develop oneself and the role.

Requirements:

  • A valid NMC Pin and the right to work in the UK.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare setting.
  • The ability to work on a shift/rota pattern.
