Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of safe and effective services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, implement, and review patient care plans, delegating tasks to colleagues as necessary to ensure safe and effective care.
- Support the provision of 24-hour care within the unit, working collaboratively with the team to meet the needs of patients.
- Contribute to the promotion of good mental health and wellbeing, using expertise and resources to deliver high-quality services.
- Registered Nurse qualification and broad knowledge and skills in nursing.
- Diploma or degree in nursing and experience in a ward environment.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work, with knowledge of Health & Safety and awareness of local and government agendas.
- Good interpersonal skills and evidence of motivation to review practice and recommend changes.
