Job Summary:

Ginger Recruitment Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the dining operations of a prestigious hotel. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of service and quality, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to refine and improve menu offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Financial Management: Effectively manage budgets, forecast needs, and control expenses to maximize financial performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience, addressing and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end hotel or restaurant, preferably with rosette-level accolades.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams effectively, with a strong focus on staff development and retention.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to drive revenue growth and manage budgets effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
