Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Be hands-on in supporting the team serving during busy service, ensuring that our guests receive the highest standards of service and want to return.
  • Guest Relations: Be the first point of call for any guest issues, resolving problems promptly and professionally.
  • Shift Leadership: Lead a shift, ensuring that our guests receive the highest standards of service and want to return.

  • Rota Management: Manage the rota to ensure that staffing needs are met in line with budget requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience of working within a busy, food-led operation, with exposure to supervisory or management duties.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible with the times you can work, as our business is open all day every day.
  • Skills: Proactive, hands-on, and able to work well under pressure.
