About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of our busy hotel restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for motivating staff to deliver exceptional service and creating a positive lasting impression on all customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they deliver their best in a variety of environments
  • Maintain exceptional standards and attention to detail

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar role or previous experience at assistant manager level in a hotel. You should have a proven track record of managing both permanent and casual staff in a busy operation.
