Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support our front of house team in our busy restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a shift, ensuring our guests receive the highest standards of service and want to return.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the front of house team during busy service
  • Lead a shift and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and motivate the team to achieve high standards
  • Manage rotas to ensure staffing needs are met in line with budget requirements
  • Proactively ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the department

This is a hands-on role, requiring someone who is comfortable with rolling up their sleeves and getting involved with service. Previous experience of working within a busy, food-led operation is essential, with exposure to supervisory or management duties.
