About The Job
The Business Support Administrator role plays a critical part in supporting the client's administrative needs. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing marketing assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities and maintain a smooth office environment.
- Arrange travel and event planning for the consulting team.
- Guarantee adherence to health and safety standards and champion sustainability initiatives.
- Offer marketing support and aid with procurement and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager and colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Requirements
- Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent numerical skills and ability to perform financial analysis.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a hybrid setting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Background in business support/administration or equivalent role.
- Prior experience in pharmaceuticals or consultancy environments beneficial.
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per year
Location: Office located in Kings Cross, London
