Global Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator

Planet Pharma is looking for a talented Global Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator to support the management of CMC activities and provide strategic support to Global Operations and R&D groups.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $140,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of CMC activities, including project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with team leads to track milestones and coordinate program deliverables for successful project execution.
- Identify and help manage risks, conflicts, and barriers to project success, and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life science or health-related field with proven experience working in the Biotech/Pharma industry.
- PMP certification desired but not required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in biologics development is preferred, with expertise in Oncology/Hematologics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Competency in utilizing information technology systems and project management tools, including Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and others.
