Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Study Specialist II (SS-II) to join our Global Study Operations team at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. This role contributes to the oversight of site monitoring, site management and/or vendor management, and other activities as delegated by the Study Manager.

Key responsibilities include developing and reviewing study-specific documentation, managing country and site feasibility assessments, providing support in regulatory document collection and tracking, contributing to the development of site and investigator training materials, and ensuring timely study entry and updates to ClinicalTrials.gov.

The ideal candidate will have a BS or higher in nursing, life or health sciences, and experience in overseeing external vendors. A proven track record of demonstrating agility, proactivity, communication, and collaboration skills is essential for success in this role.
