About The Role

InHealth is a leading provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions, serving over 3 million patients annually. As a Patient Administrator at our Milton Keynes site, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients in a professional and courteous manner, coordinating their arrival and departure.
  • Handle telephone and direct enquiries in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring the provision of information and prioritization of queries as appropriate.
  • Book clinically validated appointments on our internal system.
  • Ensure all payments are invoiced promptly and accurately, and that payments are taken on the day.
  • Track and distribute imaging data and reports as required.
  • Utilize relevant IT systems to support the delivery of a high-quality imaging service.
  • Assist with monthly reports.
  • Comply with ISO standards, respecting and protecting confidentiality.
  • Report any incidents, feedback, or complaints effectively.
  • Ensure patient and customer focus is central to the commercial success of the business.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility in working patterns to fulfill site requirements.
  • A proficient understanding of IT packages and administration tasks.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both on the phone and face-to-face.
  • A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
