Patient Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:- Welcome patients in a professional and courteous manner, coordinating their arrival and departure.
- Handle telephone and direct enquiries in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring the provision of information and prioritization of queries as appropriate.
- Book clinically validated appointments on our internal system.
- Ensure all payments are invoiced promptly and accurately, and that payments are taken on the day.
- Track and distribute imaging data and reports as required.
- Utilize relevant IT systems to support the delivery of a high-quality imaging service.
- Assist with monthly reports.
- Comply with ISO standards, respecting and protecting confidentiality.
- Report any incidents, feedback, or complaints effectively.
- Ensure patient and customer focus is central to the commercial success of the business.
- Flexibility in working patterns to fulfill site requirements.
- A proficient understanding of IT packages and administration tasks.
- The ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both on the phone and face-to-face.
