About The Role

InHealth sees over 3 million patients each year, and our diagnostic imaging services are one of the busiest. As a Patient Administrator at our Milton Keynes site, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our patients throughout their healthcare journey. You'll provide a high-quality administrative and secretarial service, using IT systems and digital technology to ensure patients feel informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients in a professional and courteous manner, coordinating their arrival through to departure
  • Deal with telephone and direct enquiries in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring the provision of information and prioritisation of queries as appropriate
  • Book clinically validated appointments on the internal system
  • Ensure all payments are invoiced promptly and accurately and that payments are taken on the day
  • Track and distribute imaging data and reports as required
  • Utilise relevant IT systems to support the delivery of a high-quality imaging service
  • Assist with monthly reports
  • Comply with ISO standards, respecting and protecting confidentiality
  • Report any incidents, feedback or complaints effectively
  • Ensure patient and customer focus is central to the commercial success of the business
