Welfare Liaison and Student Engagement Coordinator

The RoleAs an Education Welfare Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for building relationships with families, providing guidance on attendance, and collaborating with external agencies to support students. You will work closely with teaching staff and the SLT to develop strategies for student well-being and engagement.
RequirementsWe are looking for someone who is passionate about education and has experience in working with children or young people, particularly in an SEN or welfare capacity. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection is essential, as well as the ability to handle sensitive situations.
