**About the Position:**
DUNBAR EDUCATION is seeking an Education Welfare Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring students attend regularly, engage fully, and thrive in their educational journey.
- Develop strategies for student well-being and engagement in collaboration with teaching staff and the Senior Leadership Team.
- Liaise with external agencies, such as social services and healthcare professionals, to support students and families.
- Provide advice and guidance on improving attendance and overcoming barriers to education.
- Build trusting relationships with families to encourage positive engagement with the school.
