Personal Care Coordinator

Supply Desk is seeking a Personal Care Coordinator to work in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to students with complex care needs.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating personal care services, participating in classroom activities, developing positive relationships with students, managing challenging behaviours, promoting independence, and maintaining accurate records of care and progress.
Requirements:- Experience in care, education, or supporting individuals with additional needs (preferred but not essential).
- A caring and empathetic approach to working with young people.
- Comfortable providing personal care to children or young people.
- Flexibility to commit to shifts and adapt to the school's needs.
- A valid, clear DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- An immediate start with full training provided.
- A salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
