Job Title: Quality and Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Governance Specialist to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide a proactive and responsive support service to the CEO and Senior Management Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Assistant Directors' area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide governance support to the CEO and Senior Management Team, including internal and external liaison.
  • Administer meetings, including booking venues, circulating minutes and papers, and preparing agendas.
  • Work with the Quality and Governance Team to provide a proactive and responsive service to the Directors and Assistant Directors.
  • Share best practice around quality and compliance, influencing the culture of the organisation.
  • Develop and implement data management systems and collate contract compliance and regulatory data.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • NVQ level 5 in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Previous experience of working at a senior administrative level.
  • Understanding of efficient administrative procedures and tender and contract management experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
