Job Title: Quality and Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Governance Specialist to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive and responsive support to the CEO and Senior Management Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Senior Management Team, including internal and external liaison, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
  • Work closely with the Quality and Governance Team to develop and implement quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Directors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, key performance indicators, and contract management.
  • Develop and maintain accurate data management systems, including contract compliance and regulatory data.
  • Research and draft new policies as required for internal and external governance.
Person Specification:
  • NVQ level 5 in Business Administration or equivalent, or willingness to attain.
  • Previous experience of working at a senior administrative level.
  • Understanding of efficient administrative procedures, tender and contract management, and information technology.
  • Experience of working in the care sector and understanding of regulations relating to the Health and Social Care sector.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including preparing and maintaining accurate data and written records.
  • Ability to analyze variances and investigate reasons for discrepancies.
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to work on own initiative and within a team to prioritize and organize workload.
Communication:
  • Ability to relate to others and provide effective customer services in relation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication at all levels.
  • Ability to influence and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
