Job Title: Quality and Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Governance Specialist to join our team at Antony James Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and maintaining the highest standards of quality and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and responsive support to the CEO and Senior Management Team in their responsibilities for overall management and liaison with external contacts.
  • Ensure the efficient running of the Assistant Directors' area of responsibility and its associated activities, including internal and external liaison, task delegation, and meeting administration.
  • Work with the Quality and Governance Team to provide a pro-active and responsive service to Directors and Assistant Directors in support of quality management.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to ensure the organization remains compliant and performance outcomes are measured and managed.
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 5 in Business Administration or equivalent, or willingness to attain.
  • Previous experience of working at a senior administrative level, with a strong understanding of efficient administrative procedures.
  • Tender and contract management experience, with a focus on data management and contract compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn and adapt.
