Aston Charles is seeking an experienced Liability Claims Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Liability Claims Handlers, each dealing with a varied caseload including predominantly Public and Employers' Liability losses.
Your managerial duties will include training, development and coaching, allocating workloads, acting as an escalation point for complaints, and file/audit checking to ensure compliance. In addition, you will be handling your own caseload of higher value and complex claims.
