As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets within the Convenience & RTM sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue and volume growth in the Convenience & RTM sector.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the Convenience & RTM channel.
  • Negotiate Terms and Agreements: Negotiate mutually beneficial terms and agreements with Convenience & RTM customers to maximize profitability.
  • Forecasting and Demand Planning: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and demand plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Promotional Planning and Execution: Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales and increase market share in the Convenience & RTM sector.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, promotional funds, and expenses related to account activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for the business by providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador for Mackenzie Jones at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ Years Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in the FMCG Food or Drink industry, with a focus on the Convenience & Wholesale sectors.
  • Extensive Network of Contacts: An established network of contacts in the Convenience & Wholesale sectors.
