Site Supervisor

We're a dynamic facade and cladding company based in the North West of England, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and innovative design. We're growing rapidly and seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team.
The Role:
As our new Site Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include leading the team, managing materials, coordinating teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Team: You'll organize and supervise operations on-site, working closely with the Branch Manager to keep everything on schedule.
- Making Sure We're Ready: You'll order the materials and services needed to get the job done, ensuring that timelines are met and that every project is set up for success.
- Safety First: You'll prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and make sure all work is carried out safely, following our strict standards.
- Quality Control: You'll ensure that the Quality Plan is in place and that records are kept, so we maintain the high standards we're known for.
- Keeping Everyone Informed: You'll attend coordination and safety meetings, providing updates and making sure any challenges are addressed quickly.
- Reporting and Admin: You'll prepare weekly reports and manage the weekly wages, making sure everything is accurate and ready for approval.
Requirements:
We're looking for someone with solid experience in the flat roofing industry, preferably with knowledge of facade and cladding works. You'll need to be a confident leader, able to manage a team and lead by example on-site. Holding an SMSTS qualification is essential, and a CSCS Black Card is highly desirable. You'll also need to be organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using computers to keep things running efficiently.
