About the Role

We are currently seeking a Special Needs Planner to join our team at Remedy Recruitment Group. As a Special Needs Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of special educational needs services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate EHC needs assessments, annual reviews of EHC Plans, and other EHC statutory casework.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents, carers, and professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Provide support and guidance to young people and their families to enable them to access appropriate services.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum
