**SEN English Educator Position
Role SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a SEN English Educator. The successful candidate will have experience working with students with autism and using restorative practices and effective behaviour management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for individuals and small groups.
- Support pupils with SEMH needs, using strategies to promote social, emotional, and mental health.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a positive and inclusive school culture.
- An excellent teaching record.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with challenging pupils.
- A supportive team of teaching, support, therapy, and admin staff.
- A newly redesigned and fully renovated building, tailored to our specific needs.
- Bespoke SEN facilities and resources.
- On-site parking and secure cycle storage.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
