About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients with complex health needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to clients with complex health needs, including non-invasive ventilation, enteral feeding, and suctioning.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on complex care needs and management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience working with clients with complex health needs, including non-invasive ventilation and enteral feeding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
