About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Caring Homes Group. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and well-being
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure residents receive the best possible care
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and experience

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of care standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving resident outcomes
