We are currently seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at the National Theatre in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of operations, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all systems and equipment are in working order.
About the Job:This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, has excellent leadership skills, and is able to work well under pressure. You will be required to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as well as rotate shifts to ensure that we provide 24/7 coverage.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee the delivery of operations across multiple venues, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock control and ordering, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and improve operational efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Flexible - willing to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as well as rotate shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Personal Licence (desirable).
- Knowledge of EPOS and procurement systems (Desirable).
