Care Home Housekeeping Lead
We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Home Lead to join our team at Crooton Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our care home maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Job Summary
Lead the housekeeping team and ensure that all areas of the care home are kept clean and tidy. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to meet the needs of the care home. Work closely with other departments to ensure that the needs of residents are met. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of service delivery. Ensure that all housekeeping equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure that the care home meets its cleaning and hygiene targets
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues
- Develop and implement initiatives to reduce waste and conserve resources

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or related industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
