  • International Employee Support: Manage visa applications and renewals, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and communication.
  • Offboarding Process Management: Coordinate exit interviews, surveys, and ensure seamless transitions with Business IT.
  • Reward and Benefits Strategy Administration: Oversee membership, manage monthly payroll variables, and maintain accurate data entry for UK, Jersey, and Ireland payrolls.
  • People Analytics: Measure and report insights that inform our People strategy, providing actionable data through regular reporting back to the People team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in payroll and/or visa processes.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
