About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Concierge to join our team at a Private Residential Apartment building in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and contractors
  • Coordinate and direct post, deliveries, guest requests, and bookings
  • Assist residents with travel arrangements and bookings
  • Ensure maintenance issues are resolved and reported
  • Deliver a 5-star service experience
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in luxury apartments or hotels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of London and the local area
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work a fixed rota, including evenings and nights
