As a key member of our Internal Communications team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal events and activations that drive employee engagement and morale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Events Strategy
    • Create an effective events strategy that aligns with the company's overall Internal Communications strategy
    • Design and deliver regular internal activations and events to increase employee engagement
  • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Plan and coordinate all logistics for events, including managing the events calendar
    • Promote internal events and activations using various internal communications channels
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Liaise with key stakeholders and colleagues to bring engagement activations and events to life
    • Ensure alignment with wider IC activities and the company's People Strategy
  • Event Budgeting and Management
    • Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, allocation, and tracking expenses
    • Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure resources within budget constraints
  • Event Evaluation and Improvement
    • Complete post-event evaluations to measure the success of events
    • Analyze attendee feedback and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal communications and events management
    • Apply a strategic and creative internal comms lens when developing activations and events

Requirements

  • Experience in internal communications event management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
