Internal Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Events and Internal Communications Manager to join our team at VMA GROUP. As a key member of our internal communications team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal events and communications that drive employee engagement and morale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective events strategy that aligns with our internal communications goals and objectives.
- Design and deliver engaging internal events and activations that promote employee engagement and two-way conversations between leaders and colleagues.
- Coordinate all logistics for events, including managing the events calendar and ensuring seamless execution.
- Promote internal events and activations through various internal communications channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, allocation, and tracking expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and colleagues to bring engagement activations and events to life, ensuring alignment with wider IC activities and the People Strategy.
- Apply a strategic and creative internal comms lens when developing activations and events, ensuring they support the wider communications plans.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in internal communications and events management to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
